Rheumatology Clinic
Dr. William Fung is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Internal Medicine. He has completed his fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Toronto, and will be licensing in Rheumatology in fall 2020.
Dr. Fung is accepting referrals for assessment of adults with a variety of rheumatologic conditions including:
· Inflammatory arthritis (e.g. RA, ankylosing spondylitis)
· Connective tissue disease (e.g. lupus, scleroderma, myositis)
· Vasculitis (e.g. GCA/PMR)
· Other inflammatory disorders (e.g. IgG4-related disease, adult-onset Still’s)
· Mechanical MSK issues that may benefit from injection
· Osteoporosis
· Gout
Note: patients with (suspected) fibromyalgia will be seen as a one-time consultation for diagnosis and/or theurapeutic advice but will not be followed longitudinally to ensure availability for inflammatory diseases is maintained.
A referral from your family physician is required.
