"Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of, but stigma and bias shame us all"  (Bill Clinton)

Group mental health sessions, in addition to individual care services, are offered to registered patients and accessed by referral from your family doctor. Patients with private insurance or employee assistance plans may wish to access private resources which often have shorter wait-times. In addition, see a comprehensive listing of resources in the GTA for Mental Health under our FHT Health Resources page.
